At work today we took a department photo in which we had to wear green, cream, or red for the holidays. I wanted to have fun with colors I don’t normally wear, so I pulled this green tunic/dress from the back of my closet. I’ve worn it maybe six times in three years, I just… Continue reading 30 for 30 Challenge-Day 23
I hope everyone had a lovely holiday weekend, I know I did. I took a break from the challenge because I spent most of my holiday in a cabin in the woods. I didn’t take many clothes with me and I wasn’t feeling very fashiony. But today I’m back on the bandwagon and hoping to… Continue reading 30 for 30 Challenge-Post Thanksgiving

So my outfit may not be the most creative but considering I didn’t get to sleep until 3am and still managed to get to work by 9:30, I think I did pretty good. My love of midnight movie premieres means you have to sacrifice a few hours of sleep every once in a while. It… Continue reading 30 for 30 Challenge-Neutral Friday
I wanted to remix this leopard-print cardi in a completely different way then the first time when I paired it with jeans for the challenge. I looked through my closet and voila! This pretty pink dress popped out at me and an outfit was born. I got this tiered-ruffle dress a couple of years ago but don’t get a chance to wear it often because it has a small bleach spot on the back.
If something you love has a small stain or tear that you can’t fix, don’t throw it away. First see if you can disguise it cleverly with layers or accessories.
I’m going to the midnight showing of Breaking Dawn tonight and then going home to get as much sleep as I can before getting up for work in the morning, so forgive me if tomorrow’s outfit is a dud.
